This event in RPG Maker Fes will cause a player in your party (or the whole party) to level up. The man a player can be leveled up is to level 99.
Target character: Select either the whole party or an individual character to get the level up.
Number: The amount of the increase in level
Level up message: Yes Select this if you want the level up SFX and menu to appear when this event happens. The characters portrait will appear as well. This is the same sequence that happens after a battle, but it will happen on the map screen.
Level up message: None Select this if you want the level up to happen with no jingle or graphic.
Confirm: Saves your settings for this event.
